LendingPoint joins national conversation about customer experience
Our SVP of Customer Experience spoke at the Chief Customer Officer USA event in Miami, Florida held January 30th – February 1st, 2018.
Chief Customer Officers and CX leaders came together to collaborate, learn and share in practical “how to” strategies to benefit their organizations, creating a platform of discourse for the evangelism of customer centricity in modern day business, and the sharing of best practices in accelerating the Chief Customer Officer road-map.
LendingPoint’s Amanda Flashner joined other passionate customer advocates from industry leaders such as Prudential, General Motors, and Pfizer. She led a discussion group and was a featured panelist discussing customer-centric topics such as managing experience across multiple channels and devices, and creating a customer feedback loop to create meaningful change for the customer and business.
